About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Game Economist & Tokenomics Designer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will help design and refine the in-game economy for P2E (Play-to-Earn) mini-apps, ensuring sustainable economic models that enhance player engagement and long-term value. Additionally, you will be responsible for shaping the tokenomics of the associated tokens, optimizing their utility, circulation, and long-term sustainability within the gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the in-game economy for P2E mini-apps, including asset distribution, reward structures, and inflation control.
• Design, analyze, and optimize tokenomics models, ensuring a sustainable and engaging player experience.
• Balance in-game currencies, NFT utilities, and economic loops to drive retention and user activity.
• Collaborate with game designers, blockchain developers, and business strategists to align economic systems with gameplay.
• Conduct simulations and predictive modeling to anticipate user behavior and economic outcomes.
• Identify potential risks such as hyperinflation, market manipulation, and unsustainable economic models, and propose solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and iterate on the economy post-launch, adjusting economic variables as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in game economy design, tokenomics, or blockchain-based economic modelling.
• Strong understanding of P2E mechanics, DeFi, NFT markets, and blockchain ecosystems (or readiness to adjust gaming experience into the crypto sphere).
• Proficiency in data analysis and economic balancing tools.
• Knowledge of incentive structures, staking mechanisms, and sustainable token distribution models.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies.
• Previous experience working with mini-apps, mobile games, or Web3 projects is a plus.
