Hiring: Affiliate & KOL Manager Fintech WEB3 - Remote

COCA.xyz — next-gen crypto super-app combining a non-custodial wallet, stablecoin banking, Visa card, and smart rewards. We’re looking for a sharp, well-connected Affiliate & KOL Manager to accelerate our partner ecosystem and scale high-impact collaborations in crypto.

What you’ll do:

• Build and grow our affiliate ecosystem: recruit crypto-native partners, influencers, and KOLs aligned with COCA’s vision.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize performance.

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies connected to influencer/KOL networks.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze ROI, and identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing to create high-performing offers and partner campaigns.

• Ensure compliance with global crypto and digital finance regulations.

• Continuously optimize workflows, partner funnels, and payouts.

What we expect:

• 5+ years of hands-on affiliate/KOL experience in crypto or fintech.

• Established network of crypto-native affiliates and KOLs.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing influencer/affiliate deals.

• Analytical mindset with experience using performance & attribution tools.

• Ability to manage several projects at once and deliver results fast.

• Deep understanding of how crypto communities operate (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.).

Languages:

• English — must-have (Upper-Intermediate+)

• Russian — nice to have

Nice to have:

• Experience with non-custodial wallets, MPC, or payments.

• Experience launching influencer performance funnels.

• Understanding of token-based incentive models (referrals, rewards, etc.).
