Affiliate Manager
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and partners;
- Optimize affiliate performance through campaigns, promotions, and incentives;
- Monitor and analyze affiliate traffic, conversion rates, and ROI;
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and resources;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines;
- Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends and best practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar partnership/marketing role;
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics;
- Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and reporting tools;
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
