Affiliate manager CRYPTO

We are growing international crypto network. We're on a mission to scale our iGaming affiliate operations and build a long-term, loyal team that’s ready to grow with us.

We’re looking for talented and driven Affiliate Managers to join our expanding team. You must be ready to commit full-time and bring energy, creativity, and strategy into our affiliate operations.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and establishing contact with new affiliate partners to negotiate the best possible deals;

• Communicating with partners via messengers (written and verbal), including in English;

• Filtering out underperforming partners and identifying top performers;

• Managing relationships with webmasters: sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing communication;

• Analyzing advertising traffic data to evaluate effectiveness;

• Adjusting traffic rotation based on performance data and insights;

• Managing and allocating CAP traffic limits across partners and offers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship building;

• Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret large volumes of data accurately;

• Previous experience in one of the following verticals: Gambling, Crypto, or Nutra;

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;

• Full-time availability and readiness to start ASAP.
