Affiliate Network Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Network Manager with proven leadership skills to oversee our affiliate program and manage a team of coordinators/marketers. This role combines hands-on affiliate strategy with team management, ensuring our company builds and scales a high-performing partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of affiliate coordinators, account managers, and content specialists.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the team.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure professional growth and high productivity.
Affiliate Program Management
Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and influencers.
Negotiate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and partnership terms.
Oversee compliance and ensure affiliates follow brand and legal guidelines.
Strategy & Growth
Design and implement strategies to expand our affiliate and influencer network.
Work with marketing leadership to align affiliate efforts with company growth objectives.
Collaborate with product, content, and paid media teams to maximize campaign impact.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs across the affiliate team and partner network (CAC, ROI, conversion rates).
Deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Identify underperforming affiliates/strategies and reallocate resources effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing affiliate networks
