AML Officer

Cyprus, Limassol, relocation support.

At PayDepot we build innovative fintech and crypto products that combine speed, security, and user-first design. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a skilled AML Officer to strengthen our Compliance team. 

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of compliance tasks under the guidance of the Group AML Compliance Officer

• Support regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions and ensure timely submissions

• Build and maintain our AML & KYC framework for onboarding, monitoring, and reporting

• Develop, improve, and roll out compliance policies and procedures aligned with CASP, PSP, and EMI licenses

• Keep track of regulatory updates, assess their impact, and drive implementation of required changes

• Partner with internal teams to provide compliance expertise

• Carry out client reviews, CDD, and EDD processes

• Perform transaction monitoring and ensure Travel Rule requirements are met

• Run internal audits and reviews to make sure procedures are effective
  

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar compliance role (preferably in fintech or crypto)

• Professional certifications such as CySEC or ACAMS (a big plus)

• Fluent in English and Russian

• Analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and ability to solve problems independently

• Comfortable working with compliance tools
