Proven B2B sales experience in crypto
Background in MM (market making) or adjacent areas (e.g. exchange listings, accelerators, incubators)
Understanding of cryptoeconomics, token standards, basic protocols
Experience working directly with crypto projects and understanding their needs
English language C1 level or above
Strong communication skills and deal-closing mindset
Self-driven, fast-moving, and comfortable in a flat structure
