EVEDEX is a next-gen hybrid trading exchange blending CeFi and DeFi. We’re growing our ecosystem through affiliate infrastructure, community programs, and long-term strategic alliances. As CBDO, you’ll be at the core of this expansion — from partnerships to investment deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic partnerships, collaborations, and investment deals
Drive business expansion through ecosystem growth and market analysis
Build scalable alliance models and affiliate growth channels
Act as a key public-facing leader representing EVEDEX globally
Align internal goals with strategic partnerships and GTM roadmaps
We’re Looking For
Proven leadership in business development (preferably in Web3 or tech)
Deep understanding of blockchain economics and partnerships
Strong network and deal-closing experience with top-tier partners
Strategic vision and a hands-on approach
Fluent English (C1+), excellent communication and pitch skills
Terms & Benefits
Employment via UAE entity, formalized through contract
Salary: Base + % from strategic deal flow, $/USDT, or through EasyStaff, under a UAE-based contract
Paid leave: 28 vacation days + 5 paid days off per year
Strategic autonomy and full ownership of partnership direction
Travel and conference expenses covered
Remote work, with an option to relocate to Dubai after probation
