Crypto Treasury manager

Responsibilities:

• Support daily fiat and cryptocurrency operations: deposits, withdrawals, refunds,and related inquiries

• Manage fiat and cryptocurrency flows, ensuring accurate and timely processing and control

• Monitor and manage liquidity to support smooth financial operations (trading,payouts, client transactions)

• Perform daily reconciliations across platforms and counterparties, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies

• Oversee and verify payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues as they arise

• Analyze financial data to improve profitability and efficiency

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and liquidity planning

• Optimize and automate cash management and back-office processes to increase efficiency and reduce risks

• Engage in trading activities on financial markets, including fiat and cryptocurrency trading

• Support and enhance fund management policies and risk control procedures

• Prepare and analyze fund movement reports to support management decisions

• Improve operational systems and processes, implementing best practices

• Define strategic and operational objectives aligned with the company’s financial and business strategy

• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, product, compliance, risk, business) to ensure seamless financial operations

• Interact with banks, exchanges, custodians, and payment providers to maintain secure and reliable fund flows

• Work with Fireblocks for digital asset custody and settlement

• Utilize Fineract for financial services operations and system support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in crypto treasury, banking, fintech, or financial institutions

• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain, and digital assets

• Solid expertise in operations, compliance, and liquidity management

• Deep understanding of payment processes and payment systems

• Understanding in financial analysis, reporting, and planning

• Hands-on experience with Fireblocks and/or Fineract is a strong advantage

• Fluency in both Russian and English

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields

• Experience working with auditors and knowledge of AML/KYC requirements
