Head of Affiliate

Work Format: Remote (with future relocation opportunity to our office in Dubai)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a comprehensive affiliate strategy across key regions

• Onboard and manage top-performing KOLs, influencers, and affiliate networks

• Optimize affiliate program structure, including commissions, retention, and scaling

• Conduct partner calls and presentations, clearly communicating EVEDEX’s value

• Launch and iterate reputation-based and paid acquisition campaigns

• Act as a trusted expert to promote both the product and the brand in crypto circles

We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, busdev, or partner management in crypto, trading, or fintech

• Strong network of affiliates, KOLs, and partners across CIS, LATAM, Europe

• Understanding of affiliate traffic tools, paid channels, and growth funnels

• Confident negotiator and communicator with a track record of closing deals

• Fluent English (C1+); other languages are a plus

• Bonus: experience with personal referral systems and influencer monetization

Terms & Benefits

• Employment via UAE entity, formalised through contract

• Salary: Base + % from affiliate deal flow, in USDT/USD or via EasyStaff

• Commission system tied to affiliate performance
