Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, influencer partnerships and content marketing
Grow and engage our community across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other platforms
Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels
Analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns based on data insights
Work with PR, influencers, and media to increase brand awareness and organic reach
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and business development, to support growth initiatives
Stay ahead of crypto marketing trends, regulations, and best practices

Skills
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3 startups
Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing and community building
Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and crypto ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools and CRM platforms
Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts
Excellent communication skills in English
Self-starter mindset: you take ownership and execute projects with minimal supervision
Has strong leadership skills and the ability to drive teams toward results
Works proactively, taking initiative to execute complex projects with minimal guidance
