Product Owner (Head of B2B2C)

Salary: 3500-7000$.

As a Product Owner at Molecula, you’ll drive the development of enterprise and B2B2C solutions, focusing on seamless integration, scalability, and user experience. This cross-functional role involves close collaboration with enterprise partners, internal teams, and leadership. Ideal for a product manager with a strong business development mindset and expertise in external integrations.

Key Responsibilities
– Strategy & Roadmap
– Define product vision, GTM strategy, and roadmap for B2B2C solutions.
– Prioritize backlog based on enterprise partner needs and market trends.
– Product Development
– Lead end-to-end feature delivery, from user stories to release.
– Ensure seamless enterprise integrations and UX optimization.
– Stakeholder Collaboration
– Align engineering, UX, and business teams on B2B2C goals.
– Gather partner feedback and drive continuous improvements.
– Metrics & Compliance
– Track KPIs for integrations and product performance.
– Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and security standards.

Requirements:
– Experience: 3+ years in product management (DeFi, B2B2C, or fintech).
– Skills:
– Enterprise integrations, API onboarding, and SLA management.
– Deep DeFi knowledge (yield products, protocols, etc.).
– Communication: Fluent English (Russian is a plus).
– Mindset: Data-driven, agile, and stakeholder-focused.
