Key Responsibilities
– Strategy & Vision
– Define product strategy for stablecoin yield solutions, aligning with Molecula’s ecosystem.
– Monitor DeFi trends and stablecoin innovations to keep offerings competitive.
– Execution & Delivery
– Own the product roadmap, balancing innovation with security in DeFi.
– Lead agile development, translating yield strategies into actionable features.
– Stakeholder Collaboration
– Work cross-functionally with dev teams, partners, and leadership.
– Communicate product performance and iterate based on data (TVL, APY, retention).
– Risk & Compliance
– Ensure smart contracts and integrations meet security/regulatory standards.
Requirements
– Experience: 3+ years in DeFi/Fintech product roles.
– Skills:
– Deep stablecoin/DeFi knowledge (EVM, yield protocols).
– Hands-on DeFi user experience required.
– Languages: Fluent English (Russian a plus).
