Responsibilities:
Maintaining network operations, installing, configuring, and servicing operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) and user software;
Managing online services, including creating user accounts, email management, assigning access rights, tracking and managing subscriptions and payments;
Coordinating with third-party technical support services;
Monitoring task deadlines using Jira and Slack;
Setting up user workstations;
Keeping track of IT equipment and supplies, assisting in inventory management;
Documenting all technical procedures and incidents;
Assisting senior colleagues with complex projects and tasks.

Requirements:
Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS (configuration, monitoring, service management);
Providing technical support to users;
Administering Google Workspace;
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, with a proactive and investigative approach.

Desired Skills:
Experience with any cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure);
Experience with Docker and containerization basics;
Experience with CloudFlare, GitHub;
Administration of enterprise-class antivirus software (Checkpoint);
Experience with backup systems;
Desire for professional growth;
