Web3 Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Build powerful, high-impact interfaces and internal tools to support MEV experiments, validator operations, and on-chain automation.

  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and fellow Solana engineers to translate protocol-level ideas into usable, intuitive systems.

  • Contribute to design decisions that prioritize speed, resilience, and usability for internal stakeholders and partner validators.

  • Move fast in short development cycles — shipping MVPs, gathering feedback, and iterating toward scalable solutions.

  • Partner with product and infra leads to ensure data visibility, transparency, and usability of complex on-chain systems.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality digital products with tight deadlines.

  • Experience working in early-stage product teams with rapid iteration and tight feedback loops.

  • Experience building blockchain explorer-style dashboards, validator monitoring tools, or MEV reporting UIs.

  • Exposure to on-chain compounding systems, keepers, or automation bots.

  • Interest in or experience with UX and implementation of new innovative solutions

Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs

Frontend: React (or any reactive frontend library)

Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB)

DevOps: Docker, CI/CD basics
